"We Know Jack"—Secrets of Relationship Marketing: How to Capture Golden Leads
Interactive marketing workshops to be held
Mar. 25 in Corvallis; Mar. 26 in Portland

PORTLAND, OR—December 3, 2002—“We Know Jack™,” an interactive half-day workshop that relates a children’s fairy tale to contemporary marketing, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon Mar. 25 in Corvallis and Mar. 26 in Portland. In ”Jack and the Beanstalk,” Jack trades his mother’s cow for some magic beans that sprout up overnight into a giant beanstalk. Jack climbs the beanstalk and encounters a fe-fi-fo-fumming giant. He slays the giant, captures the hen that lays golden eggs and lives happily ever after.

The purpose of the workshop is to help companies find their own golden-egg-laying hen through relationship marketing. “We Know Jack” will highlight proven methods to attract attention, generate interest, produce conviction and motivate action. Speakers will demonstrate how database management and on-demand printing technology can reach customers one-on-one, making advertising work harder to generate more leads and sales, customizing marketing pieces for individual customers, and how to manage a leads database to keep in touch with prospects. In addition, real-world case studies will showcase success stories where companies have turned marketing plans into sales, as well as costly mistakes to avoid.

The “We Know Jack” workshops are a collaborative effort among three prominent Oregon businesses: Sanda Communications, Pop Art, and EP Imaging Concepts. The workshop speakers include Jerry W. Saveriano, Sanda president and CEO; Scott McCannell, Sanda vice president and creative director; Aaron Tersteeg, Pop Art business development director; and Chris Moran, vice president of EP Imaging Concepts.
