PORTLAND, Ore – December 2, 2003 - Sanda Communications President Jerry W. Saveriano announced today the addition of Giovanni Salimena as account coordinator at the integrated marketing communications firm.

Salimena is based in the Portland office at 224 N.W. Broadway, and assists with project management, illustration and a service Sanda has offered for the past year, outbound sales generation.

Prior to his appointment at Sanda, Salimena earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in visual design from the University of Oregon. He then worked as an illustrator for the Oregon Daily Emerald, where he received many national and regional awards.
