Knowing your product helps us sell it

At Sanda, we're firm believers in "taking the factory tour"—and more. It wouldn't be unusual to see a Sanda copywriter poring over a product manual for a new digital video recorder or leafing through a textbook on power transmission and distribution. It wouldn't be unusual to see a senior account executive demonstrating a client's technology to the team: powering up a piece of gear, showing them how it operates and opening it up to point out key components and explain what they do and why they're important to the customers who buy it.
