Jeremiah Raidt is a transplant to Portland via Minneapolis. With his "U betcha" attitude he quickly tapped into the pioneering spirit of the Great Northwest. He prides himself on continuing to blaze forward on the creative design trail.
Jeremiah graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a B.A. in Studio Arts. Ever since the beginning, Jeremiah has chosen to continue to grow and expand his knowledge and skill set. He was one of three partners in a design company called Visually Spun Design. There he gathered an enormous amount of knowledge of the daily challenges and successes of being a owner/designer. That would include interacting with Clients and customers to develop strategies for branding designs that would achieve their value. This would lead to other ventures with other young companies that were just starting out. He would be a big part of developing working strategies for workflow, production, and quality assurance. He has been self-employed for the last few years. He has contributed to several weekly publications (City Pages and Willamette Week) and various clients. He spends much of his free time-What is that?-working on the board of the Portland AIGA as its Web Chair. He is proud with his work on redesigning and developing the website with greatly improved functionality and usability for the local community. He worked hand and hand with national chapter to better incorporate and deliver dynamic content to the local chapter.
