Scott Huber shares his birthday—December 9, 1968—with the first public demonstration of technologies that would launch the personal computer revolution. So it's only natural—or spooky depending on your point of view—that he turned into a Web developer.
Scott comes to Sanda with more than 10 years of management experience developing Web sites and other interactive materials for large high-tech and entertainment industry companies. Scott was the senior producer for HPInfoLab, an e-learning site for HP resellers. He lead a 10 to 15 member team that expanded the site from two product divisions to 10, and Scott’s ability to understand HP’s products and their position in the marketplace helped make HPInfoLab a huge success driving business on the sales floor. Previously, as account supervisor for Microsoft advertising at Wieden + Kennedy, Huber was responsible for the global technical messaging of Microsoft products.
More recently, Scott used his design and Web development skills at HollywoodVideo.com and GameCrazy.com to drive in-store sales. He created an online wish list for customers to e-mail or print out as reminders of what movies or games they wanted to rent or buy. Scott also created an efficient, easy-to-implement process for adding weekly content and keeping the Web sites fresh.
When he’s not in front of a computer screen, the most likely place you’ll find Scott is on the sidelines of local soccer fields. He is a big-time soccer dad—the kind you see running up and down the sidelines calling the ball in or out to the benefit of his daughter Lindsay’s team (only kidding…sort of). His son Tyler is just turning two, so he’s not a soccer player—yet.
